Shipping & Delivery

  • Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $10.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).

  • We begin processing orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

  • Yes! Local pickup is available at checkout. You’ll be notified when your order is ready.

  • Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

  • Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  • Sale items, jewelry, shoes, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Exchanges are available in-store only, following our return guidelines.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.

Sizing & Products

  • Sizing details are listed on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

  • Most items run true to size unless noted otherwise in the product description.

  • Some styles may be restocked, but many pieces are limited. If you love something, we recommend grabbing it while it’s available.
