Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping of $10, and free shipping on all orders over $100.
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready.
Returns
We gladly accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: sale items, jewelry, shoes, gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and tags still attached.
Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges in-store only, following the same guidelines as our return policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Us Girls Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
